As an older woman who very rarely goes to a place like this I was already uncomfortable about going in. My daughter was getting married and this mani/ pedi was supposed to be something nice we could do together. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience from the start. The person attending to me scowled the whole time, rushed the process, didn't speak to me, instead grunted and tapped me on the foot or hand, glared at me when I accidentally splashed some water. As soon as I walked into this place the ladies were very rude and unkind. they constantly scolded me if I moved slightly and was very rough when doing my pedicure. This lady was pushing my feet into the water held a very tight grip onto my ankles and when I told her the water was really cold she glared at me. I could also tell that she was speaking about me to her colleague because they both kept staring at me up and down. I was not happy yet I still paid. Went there today while I had a spare 45 minutes. The lady was really rude, really rushed. I was finished within 20 minutes, my nails are all different lengths and shapes, the nail polish (shellac) is bumpy and has depression marks from her not allowing me to use the UV light twice for each layer (which is what usually happens when I get them done). Also the edges of my nails are rough and catch on my clothing, as opposed to smooth. They also had a very limited selection of colours. So overall, would not go there again, complete waste of $45. read more
