My overall experience with the team was good. Service that I request were handled. The team is great, now as far as the law it's backwards. Clients/Case that already have court documents stating what the other party is required to be fulfilled and that party fails to fulfill those requirements set in place by the court already should not have to pay retainers, and if so, they should definitely be discounted and the other party should have to buy law pay because they fail to fulfill their obligations. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Mach Law. After a free consult I was hopeful that they could help with my case. However, after scheduling a 30 minute paid phone call they were unprepared, unhelpful and condescending. I had emailed them the documents hours ahead of time, and during the call it was obvious they did not read them. They did not offer any useful advice or guidance once we started reviewing the documents. At that point I cut the conversation short and ended the call after 12 minutes. At the end of which I got a snide "good luck with that" comment. Additionally, they charged me ahead of time for the 30 minute call, and when I asked for a refund since the call only went 12 minutes I got no response. read more
