I recommend if you have a first poor interaction, either call back and see if you can get someone else or shop around for a different experience. I do not recommend sharing your concerns. the reaction mat shock you. I had a previous great experience with one of the attorneys. you may still get a great experience. everyone has their own experience. on a technical perspective, I recommend an upgrade of the phone systems to allow transfer of calls to a different receptionist upon request. helps with resolving concerns and preventing future ones.
