Larry was able to take me back and help me attempt to build a custom air line fitting, and even let me take a couple of the adapters they had to the office I was working at to test them out first and see which one would work best. Ultimately, Larry and I were not able to create an adapter that worked for my particular needs. But the fact that Larry went above and beyond to help me tinker with this airline I was working with, it was just an awesome experience!

I've shopped at ace here in town a few times. They are always over priced, it's hard to find…read moresomeone to help you, and they aren't great at resolving customer issues. I've bought paint their, had it mixed, and went back to get another can. The color was wrong. Turns out they mixed the paint incorrectly and tried to blame me because I didn't notice to color difference until we had continued painting. I'm colorblind. Had to bring someone else in with me to explain the problem so that we could get it fixed. All the paint I've purchased here has peeled off the walls. Just like in stretchy strips, doesn't seem to matter if I change colors or brands, and it's only the ace hardware paint. They are owned by the same people as ridleys, so their receipts say ridleys on them, which is terrible when you are buying for a business and trying to claim the receipts on taxes. It's kinda hard to explain to the irs that you bought pipe fittings at somewhere that looks like a grocery store on the recipes
