What a very odd, and unprofessional experience! I wasn't expecting this from this guy! He had came off like he had class! Only to find out he was rolling out of bed, whenever I called and he was a half an hour late for the appointment! NO CALL NO SHOW!!!! The problem is , he came off like every other "starving wolf" realtor who doesn't give a damn about anything but their end of the month quota. That "Dog Eat Dog Mentality" that we see generally! That speaks volumes of unprofessional jerk, and "I matter you don't"!!! Now everyone who knows, this Mind Set is the real trouble we face in America Today!!!! People who are caring and kind don't have patience for people like Justin Because we know how harsh, rude, and undeniably uneqipped this "type" of person can be to work with!!!! When buying a home, this is a personal experience!!!! One that needs to be treated with "sensitivity"!!! A "Dog Eat DOG " Mindset is a bad intention in business!!! WOW!!!! I spoke my mind about, and explained my ability to get financed, as I come up with a blue print for my business! But when we originally spoke, he never said I needed a pre-qualification letter!!!!!! He assumed I checked my emails, set up an appointment with me, and never called or showed! When I finally reached him, an hour into my appointment time. He answers the phone sounding like he just rolled out of bed. Explains that he is showing the property to several other people can't make it today, and than he "contemplates" coming"!!! All of a sudden... YOU ASSUME I CHECKED MY EMAILS?? Now, Justin if you had mentioned this days ago when we actually spoke over the phone! This would of never occurred! He never aplologizes just completely blows off the entire appointment without a text, hint, or phone call!!! HARSH JUSTIN , VERY HARSH!!!!!!! Justin decides he is not going to show this or the other property to me today at all! DON'T WORRY Justin Someone Who is Kind, Humble, and Compassionate will get our business!!!! AND fortunately for us, it won't be you!!!! He is the epitomy of an example of the Social Problem in this country associated with patriarchy and is a definite male shovenist!
