I…read morehave to say that WR massage therapy clinic is top notch and I am sooooo grateful to have stumbled upon Sheryl. She's an awesome RMT with over 20 yrs of experience and it really shows that she knows her stuff. She did an initial assessment with a quick chit chat and then it was about discovering my knots as she did a full body massage. The whole body is connected, I do agree, and I didn't know that my back/shoulder issue could lead to tension being built up in other areas such as my pecs. I'm so used to RMT's just working on my primary problem issues. The bed is heated and also has a lot of cushioning so it's quite comfy. Sheryl takes cash or uses Square to process credit card payments. I prefer to give her cash as I didn't want to wait for the Square transactions to go through. She's always very professional and gives me more time than I am allotted for. I never feel like she is gipping me on massage time. The only thing is that they don't have an online appointment booking system but I don't mind calling and leaving a message. Sheryl has always been very prompt at getting back to me. Can't wait for my next massage! :)

We have followed the treatment plan now for almost 4 years where I am treated about every 3 months. I am now able to work longer and harder than I have in years. I am busy playing pickleball, hockey and golf. I have not had this healthy of a back since I was a teenager. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, guidance and services. Came in for my 2nd appointment and was greated with " Is _____ your husband? He owes me $168 for 2…read moremissed appointment" by the receptionist. The lady then ask if I could deal with it on the spot and I said no. My husband is going to have to deal with it. She was so rude and after I sat down she comes to me and handed me the invoice. I was ready to walk out because of what just happened but obviously I already committed to this appointment. I understand that they have a strict policy on a missed appointment but there's really no need to treat a client that way especially if I wasn't even the one that missed it. She was so cold and plain rude said nothing else other than what had been said when I came in. On a side note, my experience with my RMT, Emily, has been wonderful. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. She's great. I have no complaints about my first visit. It was a good experience.
