I'm looking for a replacement for this company, so I don't have to deal with their nonsense any further. I've talked to their in-house staff quality control person, and it's like talking to a wall. I called my daughter's primary care doctor in concern for her yesterday while she was in the hospital and in soft constraints and was extremely upset. After all that the doctor finally looked at her file from the hospital and called me today and said she was unsafe for us and the staff and because of my concern for my daughter and solely based on that one conversation I had with the doctor yesterday , and after apologizing he kicked the whole family out of their business ! Right now I'm speaking for my daughter. I am her words ..what i'm going to say to you dr. G.. You said I should watch my words before I say them, and I'll say to you. These words are our daughters unspoken words. And what you must learn from this as that autistic people talk to you THROUGH their behaviors. I don't like being ill, which I am a lot, but I enjoy going to see Dr. Rosenberg when I am. I am very comfortable in his presence and genuinely like the man. He listens to my concerns, and has me on a regimen of medications that have my asthma and COPD under control, along with various heart issues. If he's not available for an appointment, his PAC's usually can see me same day, and he's been known to see me during his lunch hour. I can't say enough good about Dr. R and his office staff, which has had a nearly complete turnover in the past few years, all for the better. Highly recommend!
