Pump was not running and smoking hot. Also left a section of the neighbor's fence in my yard. New guy came today to change the pump. Connected romex out of the ground, no condut, box, or strain relief. Says its fine. Wants the pump back if I hook it up correctly. And clipped the bricks on my driveway leaving. Broke a few pieces off. Ready to take it to small claims court once it is corrected.

They constantly had excuses for why they didn't come out as much as they agreed to. They upcharged me saying they would do turn maintenance (take care of weeds) and they did not. The final straw was that their weed eating damaged my siding. When I called to ask what they were going to do to fix it they never called back. I complained to the BBB; the companies response was that the damage was there prior to me starting with their company. I have pictures to prove that it was not. They clearly do not take responsibility for their actions and provide a subpar product.

He does not have a standard crew and has no pre-planning ability thus leading to unnecessary delays. We decided to part ways with him as our job was scheduled to be completed in January...it's March and still "looking for someone to assist him". We should have stuck with our initial thoughts of severing the contract last month, but decided to give him (owner) a chance to fix it. When we had enough and asked him to finish the paint job that he was fully paid for and we would complete the project at a later time he came to our home gathered his tools and left without completing the job. I have receipts showing he was paid in full, video of the state of our home, text messages and contract to prove all of this. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. He has multiple names for his business and recently merged with his wife using Navy & Grey designs! We didn't do any business with the interior design so I wouldn't deter anyone from trying her services.
