I went to the returns desk to ask for assistance and 2 employees were there so I explained I wanted to meet with anyone that can help me understand what doors are available. The 1 employee as I found out later is supposed to be the assistant store manager, he was useless and had such a poor attitude towards helping me I ended up just walking away from him. Better to go to Clayton. The hardware stores there are much better. Lowe's was a waste of time, those are 40 minutes I won't get back.
