The prices are 50% higher than in the US. But it is an apple certified re-seller. There are no Apple stores in Chile. At first I didn't feel supported at all. Then they connected me with Joel who spoke great English. He spent over an hour with me helping me buy a phone and when my credit card kept declining because my phone was stolen, he continually helped. We tried every way to reach chase to fix it, and call the police when 'find my' was locating my stolen phone. In the end I couldn't get the new phone, but I am humbled and honored to have been in the company of Joel He redeemed my experience with MacOnline. With him there, you will definitely be cared for.
