They've replaced side mirrors, batteries, and recently fixed some electrical problems on my Nissan Versa. They just moved to a new, bigger location at 478 Enterprise Dr., Houma 70360. They know I have to wait for my car so schedule me for early morning appointments. They are friendly, efficient and very thorough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

We took our 2017 Mini Cooper in for a tune-up and an inspection of the wiring for the brake lights…read more(the rats are ruthless down da' bayou!!) since we had a warning message that indicated that the lights weren't working properly. The techs changed the tires, replaced filters, oil, brakes and checked the wiring. Even though they didn't have what was needed (a Cooper-specific module) for the light issue, they printed up all of the information we would need to show the dealer to get it replaced. Even after having to order the tires, the car was ready even before the tires came in! The turnaround was unbelievable! Dropped off the car and picked it up the same week. My car washes take longer to finish - ha (maybe I need to ask them for pointers for that, too)! Great customer service and communication. The facility is very clean and even has a sizable waiting room, which is also very clean. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for future needs. :o)

We had a good experience at this location today. We have…read morebeen on a road trip for the last few months so this is the second time we have had to have our oil changed on the road and we are in a high roof van. Because it's Black Friday we thought they might be closed , especially when we didn't see anyone when we pulled in , but the staff came out promptly and even offered us a little bottled water which was thoughtful. They guided us in into the bay, took our information and told us how much it would be. My husband was able to find a coupon online, so the price was good as well. They got to work right away and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. They gave us a free air freshener and offered to check the tire pressure, which we declined because we stay on top of that ourselves, but it was very nice of them. The woman who pulled in next to us a few minutes after we started our oil change was advised right away that she had a little bit of an oil leak and given some options. I didn't want to eavesdrop so I'm not sure what she ended up doing about it, it seemed like she didn't want to do anything about it, but I did hear her ask the technician if he accepted tips as we were leaving and to "keep the change", so I feel like she was pretty satisfied with her service as well. I would definitely use this location if we lived nearby and I would recommend them as well.
