The floor also looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. By where the coffee machine is, there are some boxes laying around so you had to navigate them if you don't want to trip. Even buying a slushie was a headache since the cups and straws were neither to be seen. Thankfully the cashier was kind enough to provide me them since they was hidden by the counter. Maybe the management is at fault that the place is deteriorating but I wish that it will change soon so that I can enjoy going here again.

Their brushes damaged my car. Impolite and not cooperative management. No compensation from them. Petro Canada have small disclaimers (signs) inside their carwash to rip you off in case their carwash damage your car. They do not put many of those disclaimer signs outside. You enter and use their service and the risk of damage is on your side. If your use their service and something happens to your car, they are experienced: (1) They threaten you based on their small-hardly visible disclaimer signs; (2) they clearly mention nothing happened to your damaged car; (3) they force you to sign their inspection forms. Read the second page of their inspection form and you will be surprised. I moved to shell carwashes. Shell has newer equipment and better designs (touchless design). I never use Petro Canada carwashes again.

The only time I ever come here is when I need to quickly wash my car. It has been needing a lot of…read morewashing lately with the weather we have been having and it isn't worth going all out on the wash when it is just going to get dirty right away. This is a great spot to do just that. You can either get tokens from inside the store or use your credit card in the bay of the car wash. It is self serve. You can wash, rinse, wax, foam brush and vacuum if you choose. For a token you get about a minute and 30 seconds of time to do one of the activities you selected on the dial. I typically spend $5 to wash, rinse and wax my car. Sometimes, I just wash it couple of times and finish with a rinse to get all the salt and dirt off my car. It's a decent price for what you get. The establishment itself could use a little TLC. Things are starting to wear and you can see it but for the most part it is as clean as it can be for a car wash. You can also fill up your vehicle here with petroleum or diesel and I noticed that they do offer refillable propane tanks for your BBQ. I will be back soon to grab one of those for the BBQ season.

I was at pump #8; however, there were a number of people from various other pumps trying to pay in the store with the same problem, including 2 women who said the same thing has happened to them last week (and again this week). Staff had poor ability to address the problem. They would serve other customers who arrived after me, while I was still waiting. And when the pump wouldn't work, I waited over 5-mins for one of them to grudgingly put their coat on and come out and wiggle the pump handle... something I had already tried on my own, but that was the extent of her problem solving skills. When I asked her to ensure this was addressed with management, she said they have told them many times but it keeps happening. Given there are reviews on here from over 1-year ago indicating the same problem, I won't gas up here again until management assures me the problem has been resolved.
