Unfortunately, our experience with Cherrywood Property Management was deeply disappointing and frustrating. While they present themselves as professional, our time renting from them proved otherwise.
When we moved into the property, it had clearly not been cleaned, and we were shocked to find a rat infestation that was never properly addressed, despite repeated requests. Even more concerning, Cherrywood entered our home multiple times without providing the required 24-hour notice or our consent, which is not only unprofessional but a violation of tenant rights.
Throughout our lease, we experienced harassment, manipulative behavior, and gaslighting -- especially when we brought up legitimate concerns about the condition of the property. Instead of resolving issues, they often shifted blame or outright denied responsibility. To make matters worse, we were never provided with invoices or proof of repairs they claimed to have made, despite requesting documentation multiple times.
Renting a home should feel safe and respectful -- our experience with Cherrywood was anything but. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. read more
