Luckily Big Brands came to the rescue with a knowledgeable team on hand to guide us through our purchase. Their choice was good for laminate flooring and the pricing is fair. We organized things over the phone, confirming our order at the Glenfield showroom. Within a day we had the order delivered to our address. They had a nice range of rugs in the showroom, actually we purchased one for our lounge; plus carpet, rubber and marble tiles. If you are after some fake grass, apparently theirs is the most realistic on the market. After sales service was excellent as we ended up having to bring a couple of boxes back for a store credit.

Worst customer service ever. Went back to store one day after purchasing to ask for a refund…read morebecause of the product quality. But I was told that we did not ask whether it might have the problem when we purchased. So it's our responsibility. shocked! Called the line twice. Cannot find manager. Staff passed the message from manager that we have to keep it, although provided some suggestions to deal with the problem. Will tell all the people we know not go back to the store.
