My experience has been so awful! They have gone back on everything they said I would have after…read morethey got my $12,000 order. I have had Hunter Douglas installed in many homes but not by this franchise. I ordered top down bottom up shades, certain shades automatic and color. When they were installed several window shades were forgotten. Everything about them was wrong. (color, not automatic, not top down bottom up, not blackout). They admitted they were at wrong with all these things and would fix them as their guarantee states. I had to pay upfront for them because they are custom. I was then told they were not able to offer top down bottom up or automatic and the color had been discontinued. So I really didn't want them at all anymore. This has been over a year ago. Apparently all they would fix for cost was the color. I knew they take 6 months to come in so I checked back in to see where we were. Apparently I was forgotten about and I need to pay even more for new shades that I don't even want. Do NOT use them. Hunter Douglas was disgusted when I called them but said they couldn't do anything. There is another local business that I went to and they were straight and said we cannot do automatic on your windows they are too narrow. Upfront. Didn't make promises, take my money and then deliver something I didn't want.

Of course, she also knows a lot about blinds and shades and has an eye for design! She was a pleasure to work with. Her husband Don installed the shades. We had a very challenging install due to the shade pocket in one of the windows. The shade was motorized as well. He had to install the motor in a very tight place and also the shade. It works fantastic and we love the look! I highly recommend Premier blinds! Don and Sondi are fabulous to work with and our shades are very high-quality!

Sometimes you come across a certain person and the first thing that crosses your mind is, "I bet Thanksgiving at their home is such a blast." No? No one else thinks that? Okay, never mind... Our realtor connected us with Eileen, who stopped by our house to measure the windows, and then rather quickly got us pricing on some different options (e.g. blinds, wood shutters, etc.). Her prices were fantastic on every option we requested. But what really impressed me was how thorough she was after we decided to move forward. We had opted for the faux wood blinds, and she let me know that there were a number of different color options. I told her the color of the trim in our house (spoiler warning: the color was white), and she let me know that she had multiple variations of white (or off-white) for the blinds. So she offered to stop by the paint store to check out the specific white that we used, and then reached out to me again after to make a suggestion based on what she saw. Did she have to do that? Absolutely not. Especially considering she's all the way in Guthrie... Was I appreciative of the fact that she took the time to do that? Absolutely yes. We trusted her on the color suggestion. She told me when the blinds would be ready, and when they would be installed. I think it was all of a week. Maybe a week and a couple days? And then we walked into the house, and the blinds were installed, and they look great. I don't really know what else to say... She delivered as promised. And as a bonus, she was a pleasure to interact with. Obviously this is the kind of purchase that we don't plan to make often so I'm not likely to deal with Eileen again any time soon, but I do know that she will be our first choice if/when I'm in need of blinds/shutters again.
