I have been receiving eye lashes extensions from Madeline's for over a year. Every appointment I am greeted with a warm welcome. I feel 100% comfortable during her services and throughout the appointment. Her space is clean and well decorated. There are bathrooms that are clean and convenient. There is a large parking lot for parking. I leave each appointment satisfied with my results. If I were looking for a change from my regular style of lashing Madeline was easy to communicate with and open to feedback. Each time she fully met my expectations. I schedule appointments regularly every 2 weeks. I find that I still have significant retention at the 2 week mark and believe my lashes still look amazing. I prefer the regular fills d/t the cycle of eyelash growth. However, if needed to extend pass 2 weeks d/t personal scheduling issues I found the eyes lashes to continue to be satisfactory. Scheduling is easy and stress free. In the beginning, I booked my next appointment with Madeline at the end of my current appointment. I have always received advanced notice if her regular scheduling we're to alter. For example, if she were to be going out of town she would make me aware so I could plan my next appointment accordingly I pay Madeline at the end of the service via mobile/online services.
