Looks like my prior review has disappeared! Dr. D and her staff are so good. They took us in a a new patient and I would recommend them to anyone. Not having teeth problems personally it is hard to imagine what people go they, but my cleanings are done with care and very deeply done without any pain. Dr. D checks you over even on cleanings. She checks for all potential mouth problems. Even thru Covid they were over protecting everything! Felt safe going in. read more

My husband and I have been coming to Madison Family Dentistry for several years now and the service is consistently great! From the front desk to the hygienists to Dr Detienne herself! Very friendly and cheerful. Never a long wait. Very gentle, too. I needed a root canal, and she recommended an endodontist, due to the location of the tooth. Let me tell you about Madison Family Dentistry and Dr. Detienne and her staff. They are just wonderful. My daughter was going to a different dentist and some how developed 7 cavities! They referred her to their preferred pediatric dentist who wanted to put her under anesthesia and do 7 steel crowns! I was really upset. I didn't want my 5 year old put under anesthesia and then given a mouth full of metal like Jaws from the James Bond series! She was already a little scared of going to the dentist, and I only want the best for her. So I asked Dr. Detienne what she thought about it. She said she was pretty confident she could fill them all with acrylics over about 3 visits. But first she would do the easiest one and see how my daughter did. They made the experience so positive and easy. They have big flat screen TVs to watch while they clean or do a procedure, and they turned on the cartoons and got to work. They let me sit in the room with her, and the whole time they talked to her and told her they where getting rid of the sugar bugs and replacing them with a pretty princes crown. They gave her some laughing gas in a kid size red nose piece that they called a clown nose and let her keep. They made it so positive and where so fast that they did 2 the first visit and where able to complete the fillings in 3 visits that only took about 20 minutes each.
