We went back up to immortal Inc. and we had to sadly take them out, and it was a lot of pus in blood coming out of her ears. Her earrings were barricaded inside of her ear. But customer service was very great place nice and everything. It was just these few problems we went to immortal Inc. almost over 20 times in 4 months.

It ended up being off center, so I took it out. I messaged them about it, and they were pretty rude about it. They told me I should've came to have it checked out before I did anything and I'm like is that gonna magically center it??? They didn't offer any sort of oh well we can redo it for you once healed, nope! Just blamed me it felt like for their piercers fuck up. I thought it was a bad first impression, so a year later I decided maybe they've improved this time around. I went to Hannah and she did an excellent job! So then a couple months later I went to get another piercing done, unfortunately Hannah was no longer there so I was stuck with Natalie. Well shit, gave her the benefit of the doubt. Didn't center me this time at all, or ask me what jewelry I wanted. I was pierced in less than 2 minutes I'd say and was sent on my way. I feel if you're gonna be in that type of rush and pressure and you're short staffed on piercers maybeeeee don't let them pierce people on account of making money and then errors. The artists there have years of experience and a depth to their skill that I had not seen before. The man with the long hair sketched the anticipated tattoo FREEHAND. To back track.... We had previously gone in to Trilogy, and the artist there raved about how a solid black mannequin would cover up the old tattoo. OF COURSE a solid black image can cover up ANY tattoo. At this place however, we explained that she wanted her tattoo "Believe" to be covered up with a mannequin. And I suggested that a damask or paisley print would have to be a design on the mannequin to add/skew lines from the font of "Believe." As you can see, it came our GREAT! And it looks so much better than a black blob would've looked! Not to mention, the three men working there were very nice. They may look a little rough, but looks are deceiving. They were watching Family Feud, Jeopardy, and other GSN shows while we were there. Haha!
