The instructor gave me feedback after every drive, and driving the mazda 3 was awesome. I am very glad to have had the personal instruction and attention to detail the drivers academy gave me. After paying for the course, we repeatedly contacted the school to arrange his in-car lessons. We spoke with Mike directly and made numerous attempts to resolve the issue, yet we never received the service we paid for. Instead of helping us, we were told we had missed a deadline and were refused any refund. As a parent, watching your child work so hard for something only to lose that money without receiving the lessons is heartbreaking. We have saved our messages and records of our attempts to contact the school, and they show we tried repeatedly to resolve this before asking for a refund. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this driving school. I believe families should think carefully before trusting them with their hard-earned money.

Our program provides 20 hours of extensive in-class driver education, 10 hours of driver training workbook question and answer sessions, and a minimum of 10 hours in-car driving instruction. We have a low stress, no nonsense approach to educating new drivers. It is both informative, and interesting. Class participation in our driver training process is a key reason for our students' overall success. Drivers have the option of attending our entire 40-hour program, or taking private lessons. We provide support throughout the MTO's graduated licensing process, including road tests. Qualifying students also have the option of using our vehicles for their road tests. Called police , lied, cancelled the refund check for the small amount the police managed to get them to write for us. Now have to deal with small claims of we want the money back. She teaches in a very calm manor and will help you be familiar with all special skills needed to be a safe driver while making sure you understand your mistakes and how to fix them. Most of all, she breaks down the "scary" tricks (parallel parking and reverse parking) to 3 steps that work any time any place. So glad I chose this school.
