Today I ordered a salad to be deliver to my work. It was a small side salad...with two mushy tomato wedges, and 3 bites of avocado. The worst part was that it cost 27 reais. A part of that may have been a delivery fee but the quality and size of the salad was horrible, and all of my colleagues agreed. I threw out the salad and ordered lunch for a second time. The worst part was when I called they had nothing to say, didn't offer anything to make the situation better. She said they changed their menu- Sorry. I will never go back to Eat again-- this is why Yelp needs to exist in Sao Paulo because businesses are getting away with murder increasing prices and delivering poor service. Upon arrival, you are given a card used for registering everything you order and you pay at check out. Orders are made at the counter, divided into what you are having: pasta and appetizers/salad and the system works pretty efficiently. You grab your tray and tableware and after you get the dish, seat in one of the small or communal tables. I knew the restaurant from previous experience abroad and the concept is the same. Nice atmosphere, nice food and the price is very pocket friendly. Thumbs up for the experience.
