So I've asked to return the money in the shop, returning perfectly new shoes, never worn, etc, and they rejected, with no easy, they say that they don't return money. Giving them 2 starts, because they gave me a "gift card" on the same amount, but "activation" of that gift card costed more than 10% of the shoe cost. They are not enforced by a law to return money in that case, but anyway it's not a good service, most of good shops would just return the money in my experience.

Only Northhampton, UK competes in this sphere. Ludwig Reiter still makes all of its shoes in Austria...no cheating here. Reiter's original shoe designs are decades old and often copied. It's a little like buying a Rolex Oyster for your feet. It's not swanky - It's just handmade quality. What is more authentically VIENNA than Ludwig Reiter. I struggle to answer...
