Devin was very kind the day of our wedding but we never received the video of our ceremony that we…read morepaid for. Devin and I clarified exactly what was included in our package and spoke about expectations at length and he eventually just ghosted me. I continue to send a text here and there and it's been over a year. We also paid extra for drone footage and he told us way after the fact that someone made him take his drone down. He could have mentioned this the day of. I'm a realtor and never had any issues doing drone videography in the exact location. It happens all the time. I'm hopeful I'll eventually here back from him with an explanation and that maybe he'll still be able to provide this. I would have had a friend atleast video the ceremony on their iphone if we hadn't hired Devin but I didn't since we had a professional recording all of this and I really regret it. My little brother officiated and it was all so special, i'm sad not to have the video of it. Devin, please contact me. You can still make this right. Please:) To be clear, he did provide the short video (a couple minutes long) that showed highlights of the whole day with our chosen song over all of the sound, but it was like pulling teeth to get this from him. I'm so grateful we atleast have this. He also did send over the raw footage clips but its hundreds of short clips not color corrected and despite all my efforts i couldn't stitch them together to have the entire ceremony with words and music matching up properly. It was just tons of video (10 second clips) from different angles that i dont have the skill to match it all up properly with audio lining up. Please devin. I'd love to hear from you. We'd just like our ceremony video and i'm happy to remove this review if you'll make this right. Our wedding was June 10, 2023.
