Someone made a big deal about coming here... I don't get it. It's a pretty basic cheese shop - populated w Oka products that I can get at the grocery store. It also has a nice selection of cheese accompaniments: jams, confits spreads, etc. But, again, I can get this at any gourmet food store in Montreal. The is not meant to say that this is a bad place - it is not. I just don't think it's a place that's worth visiting unless you do something else nearby (e.g., apple picking).
Another thing to not: the store does NOT have a great selection of bread. So if you're coming from the city and coming here to get the ingredients for a nice bread and cheese lunch - bring some good bread from Montreal. read more
