Also known as MagaLu, is one of the largest Brazilian stores, with more than 1000 stores and 9 distribution centers in the country. It's also one of the largest e-commerce stores in the country, with more than 4.3 million products on offer and about $220 million (USD) in sales per year. This particular branch is a terrible example of their wide variety of products. They have few choices and what they do have on offer is of poor quality. The sales staff do not seem interested in helping customers. I would recommend avoiding this location, since they don't have much variety. read more

I've been back here several times since my first review and every time, the employees will do…read moreanything not to help you: they'll turn their head, talk to another employee, walk by quickly or even do an about-face not to pass you. It's unbelievable! It's a shame too, because the store is pretty well-stocked with hardware, paints tools and home repair supplies. I will only come back here if I can't find something I need somewhere else. Shame on the management and staff!
