I have gone to LensCrafters and other local opticians in my home state and just received a terrible customer service the moment your glasses have a scratch one day after their one year warranty and they could care less. The gentleman that runs the store mailed my glasses to the resort we were staying at since we had to leave Trieste and at no cost to me.
