We were actually considering a purchase, but apparently, we were interrupting her day. Hoping she just had a temporary case of the Mondays, we let her ring up our other items. Plot twist: she was still miserable. She remained aggressively unhelpful and was utterly baffled by basic questions about lube--which you'd think might be a core subject in this line of work. The store itself is spectacular, but this employee is the undisputed poster child for why secret shoppers exist. I truly hope she finds a career path that doesn't involve interacting with living humans.
