I am the type of person that hates having my picture taken, and am typically awkward and not very photogenic. I was so scared of how I'd look in my wedding pictures, so it was important to me to find a photographer that would be able to help me feel and look beautiful in pictures. Lisa (seemingly effortlessly) was able to do both! Lisa is welcoming, professional yet laid-back, and honest. The photo shoots were fun, and she had a good balance between letting us do our own thing and giving us direction. Another great thing about Lisa is her true passion for photography. She is always learning new things and continuously finds new goals, certifications, etc. to achieve. Engagement Shoot Lisa came prepared for the outdoor shoot with extra lighting and even a fun little prop to help us break the ice. Lisa created a beautiful album with our favorites and it worked perfectly as our guest book for our wedding. We picked a picture from the shoot for her to design magnetic Save-the-Date's, which were a big hit! I thought a nice touch was that when we picked the items up at her place, she had them wrapped as a nice present for us :) The Wedding Day Lisa was on time and well prepared for the day. She was key to helping us stay on schedule throughout the day. I also had a videographer (Steve Levin, reviewed separately) there, and they worked very well together. We recently got to view our pictures for the first time, and I am SO HAPPY! Lisa is designing an album for us - the only problem is narrowing down which pictures to include because we love them all! Among my favorites were her pictures of our sparkler exit. The pictures came out just like ones I'd find on Pinterest.

After meeting, and going through (literally) everything and answering all of our questions, we felt so confident booking with her. On the wedding day, she was on-time, organized, full of ideas, and captured all of the details. Our pictures are beautiful and everyone is totally in love with them! Her work was simply amazing and definitely fit within our budget. I cannot wait to continue working with Lisa on our prints and memory book. As the wedding may be over, but the pictures certainty captured everything and will be proudly displayed for years to come.
