I went to Dr. Masters several times over a 3 yr. period. At first he was very attentive and…read moreanswered all questions and, I felt, did a good job. As time went on he became less caring. I would have an app't for 9 am and he would not arrive at the office until close to 11. No reason, no apology but it was a biff bam thank you mam type of experience. Not really paying attention to anything on my body unless I pointed it out and I have had many melanomas. My last melanoma was treated by him. I questioned, in my mind, how he removed it but thought he knew best. I stopped going to him due to his rush in and out type of visit in 2020. Last week, 3 1/2 years later I found out I still have the melanoma that he was supposed to have removed and now I have to have surgery again. Would not go to him with anything serious.
