Unfortunately, I have to mirror the other reviews. At first they sounded all interested, and once I signed the paperwork to file the lawsuit, I didn't hear from them for months. I would call, nobody would answer or the rude woman answering the phone would tell me Seth was gone and the paralegal was busy and she'd call me back. No call back. Next day, same thing. I would ask to talk to Seth, he was NEVER available and if I got into contact with anyone, it was his old paralegal. After months and months of no contact from her, I finally found out the old paralegal was gone and he got a new one. That guy wasn't much better as he told me I would finally get my settlement check. Months went by without the check and when I threatened to in turn sue THEM for holding my money, I got the check within 48 hours. I wish I could recommend them, but I just can't. Seth, you guys could have done so much better. I've hired numerous lawyers in the past and you guys were the worst experience I ever had. Years ago I had a case that was only 500 dollars and that lawyer returned my calls within hours every single time until we got a settlement. I know you guys can do better. Another reviewer called him narcissistic. I don't agree with that. Seth was very nice if you could ever get ahold of him. I literally talked to him one time when he called trying to get my case, one time when we were about to settle and one time after months and months of not getting my settlement check. That's over the course of a year and a half. 3 times actually speaking to a lawyer, 1 of those before they had even been hired as a law firm. So basically in a year and a half, I spoke with him twice. Unacceptable. read more

do not recommend it at all. they will call you in and act all interested in your case and you will never hear anything else from them. usually, when you retain a lawyer, it is a serious matter... the no-calling back and all that is very unprofessional. they never even contacted the people i was suing to let them know of my representation. go with a firm that is going to help you. fight for you, and keep you in the loop of your case. read more
