I was persuaded to pay for services (never rendered) IN FULL. After reluctantly paying over $3000 up front , when circumstances arose rendering no longer the need for any legal services ... we requested a refund... numerous times, only to be completely ignored to date. No legal representation was ever implemented by his office, nor was any work done on my case what so ever. Just a fee taken then nothing. The fact that Marc Capone could take advantage of a client in this manor is reprehensible, to say the least, and we plan on taking further legal action against him if our fee is not returned posthaste . Strongly caution anyone doing business with this office.

I also recently used his office to help my mother navigate the Medicaid application process. The process is extremely complicated and cumbersome. Thank God for Paula from his office. She managed the entire process for us She is very detailed and clearly guided us on what to expect and the documentation required. We never would have been able to navigate the process without her. I made a appointment. I showed up with a fist full fifty's.50 more than lowest quote and checkbook. Mr Callinan did a Will, POA and health care directive. All for 750$ I departed with a few fifty's for a steak dinner for 2. Mr C was thorough and detailed. I left with all my ? answered and needs satisfied. Pretty decent dude also. He had me back in 3 weeks to sign the documents I left that day with super professional binder.Also gave his newsletter very informative (good info) . Bottom line should of listened to mom from the start
