The most wonderful experience from start to finish. Marcos and his team are absolutely exceptional in their craft but also excellent customer service. We booked them for an event and pretty much cancelled everything due to the fires in Los Angeles and during the process. Marcos was accommodating even when we decided to still have the event last minute. He was willing to return the funds which a lot of businesses wouldnt. I would use them time and time after this. Absolutely not! We got Sergio and the guy who just moved here from Ukraine. They did no magic or juggling. They ended up refunding me $1,000 but it was still a major rip off. I'm definitely not confused, Yago. I believe they either don't have a business license or it's under a different name than 'Magic and Cocktails Bartending.' Wow! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I was making some last minute arrangements for my brother's 30th birthday party and they were super responsive and texted me an itemized quote for service within 24hrs. Everything was very transparent and reasonable in regards to pricing and there seemed to be a lot of different options for customization and convenience. Our magician bartender was Aleko and everybody loved him! Not only did he keep up with our guests thirst for cocktails, but he also entertained us with some amazing tricks and close-up magic! We hired for a small event and chose a menu of 5 cocktails. While the bartender was great socially and did do some flair, I did get some complaints from guests about inconsistent drinks (not using ingredients in menu, different colors and flavors, way too much alcohol) and a cracked glass. I had some more expectations as I never saw any magic performed by the bartender and some guests didn't get to see any flair. It bothers me that I paid for glassware but that only one type of glass was used despite them bringing other types of glassware. I'd consider booking again if these issues were a one off, but as it is it felt a little overpriced. read more

I was sooo excited to have Marcos bartend my holiday party, I booked him months ago. Now we find ourselves 5 days from my party and my walls and floor need to be ripped out of my house due to water damage and I have to cancel my party. Marcos not only isn't charging me for canceling, he is even refunding my deposit and it's just so nice I can't even believe it. I wish I could review him based on his actual bartending services, but these days good customer service is probably even more rare than an excellent bartender. It was also the final surprise as Marcos and his team from Magic and Cocktails began assembling some premium craft cocktails from the Signature Drink of the night at this private Hollywood Holiday Party this past Thursday night!! Watching skilled bartenders at work with precision on flavor profiles and proportions, this was a drink anticipated to partake in.........but I was not in a rush as the illusions began to draw a crowd around me. It was as if my personal drink was being celebrated with bystanders cheering on in awe as *MAGIC* was literally performed in this process. It was clear the energy and passion Marcos displayed. As if my beverage of choice won 1st prize...just seeing him deftly perform one illusion and ultimately, with his charming smile, handed the final product out to me for my consumption analysis. WoW! Just wow,...it has been 2 days and I may have forgotten what was in the drink recipe but I did not forget the amazing performance receiving it.
