I have frequented this business since I was 19...never have I ever experienced such poor business until today. I was embarrassed and fat shamed by a brow specialist today. She told me I needed to "stop eating frozen dinners" and focus on eating "peas and REAL vegetables." She also told me that I need to exercise more! Very unprofessional and RUDE, especially because I've been working my ass off and I've lost 15 pounds recently. Never fat shamed anyone! You never know where someone is at in their fitness journey. I explained that I needed a simple cleanup because the last place I went to made my eyebrows uneven. What I walked out with today was no better. Not even halfway through this mess another customer walked in and asked if it would be long... Hello, you see me sitting in the chair. To my dismay Monica said two minutes. From then I felt uncomfortable as she rushed and I knew I wasn't going to get a good threading. Just plain awful! I walked in for the first time and I stood right in front of this lady shuffling through receipts. There was another lady there too but she was fixing her little station. I had a pleasant enough experience here (except for the sales pitch for all they sell) but have decided threading is just not for me. I don't get how people like this over waxing. I might as well pluck them since the pain is the same! The good thing about this place is my skin didn't burn for a week like it did after the last place I went that threaded my eyebrows. BE WARNED: I appreciate that the people here have to sell their products but I was asked if I wanted to purchase almost everything in the store. Would you like to buy our eyebrow powder? How about the gel? Would you like a purse? How about other accessories?? And you can get giftcards and come back later to make your purchase. It got old fast and was kinda glad to leave. I had never gotten my brows done before but decided to do it before my wedding day. I was pretty unsure about what I even wanted but when I got there the ladies were really helpful in helping me figure it out. I wanted to keep it natural and as low maintenance as possible so they clean up the edges and it looked amazing! I had kind of thought it would be a one and done kind of thing (since I wasn't into brows before) but I love how they look so much that I'm going to have to visit more now. I have been coming here for facials with Kelsey for a few months now and she is AMAZING! She is genuinely interested in making sure your skin is healthy, she doesn't push product you don't need, and gives out samples generously so you can try the product before you buy it. She has explained every product she puts on my face, multiple times if needed. She is super sweet and patient. The facials can be peaceful and quiet or we can chat the whole time. My skin is now clearing up and hydrated thanks to her! I also let the girls thread my brows when I come in, they do a great job. Although I've been coming here for the past couple of years with fairly consistent but occasionally bad results, I will never come back after yesterday when the large woman who usually does my brows asked me in front of everyone, "why you no take care of skin?" Her question came out of nowhere, and when I responded "ummmm what?" (clearly a rhetorical question/warning to stfu) she repeated the question even louder--"why you no take care of skin?!" I was humiliated. I have a skin condition called rosacea that causes red patches on the face. It isn't a result of poor hygiene or a nonexistent skincare routine. It's simply a genetic discoloring of the face that sometimes becomes more noticeable depending on things like the weather. I calmly explained to her that I do in fact wash my face and take care of my skin, but she proceeded to point to the red patches on my face and exclaim "look, very red!" to one of her colleagues, who'd come out from the back to ask her what all her commotion was about. Finally, when she began lecturing me on the importance of wearing sunscreen (which I wear religiously!) I couldn't take it anymore and simply told her I have a skin condition called rosacea. I would've went off on her and been a total beyatch, but she had thread in her hands, and you don't wanna piss off a lady with thread in her hands. Come here if you want wild card brows and unsolicited advice on your appearance that will leave you feeling self-conscious. Side note: a while back, one of the new girls lobbed off part of my eyebrow and quickly covered it up with dark brown powder. I didn't realize this until I got home and washed my face. I brushed the whole thing off as an isolated incident, but this second incident was my tipping point. Adios! read more

Ok i think its about time i review this place. I have been here multiple times. Especially since its close and they accept walk ins and the wait is never long at all. I do not use this place as a eyebrow sculpting place and i dont recommend you do. I do however recommend going here for a quick and cheap clean up. I can probably say there was only one time where i was just so impressed but because they are constanly changing the girls there its hard to even remember who did it last. Facial was extremely painful and I left with my skin in worse condition and it took 1-2 weeks for my skin to recover.
