I stopped by here to kill time while we waited for a table next door and it's a nice little place for the little ones. There wasn't much claw machines as I expected. It is small. It does get really hot and humid quick in there. Overall it was ok, I couldn't be in there more than 15 minutes but maybe it's just me.

It's a cute shop! Bright and inviting. The music is a bit overwhelming. Didn't feel like there was a lot of selection. Here there is no exchanging what you win for a different color or anything. The claws are weak. They drop almost everything you grab. I wouldn't come to this one again, it's not really a good value for what you win. The lady inside was nice.

I went here and the other location claw joy land and won so many plushies so cute!! I usually trade for bigger plushies but this is the only claw places that I end up keeping and not trading.

Would definitely recommend coming here! Very good service, so much fun, and the workers here are so nice and help if you want to try to get a certain plushy put of the wide selection they offer. Would for sure come back for a second time for some more claw machine fun!!!

These machines reminds me of the ones we played in Taiwan. The staff here are really nice, and if you got kids, that loves winning stuffed animals, this is the place you want to go. The quality of the stuffies is quite good compared to other places. Trust when I say you really have a chance to be able to catch some stuffed animals here. The value that you pay is quite worth it. The staff can even give some pointers or even help adjust the stuffed animal. When visiting places like these, it usually feels like a rip off, but you don't have to feel that way here. You can even TRADE UP here! This isn't that big of a place, but they have quite a lot of machines considering. I would recommend coming here, and then head to Game Nest (local arcade) after you are done with the claw machines.

The value I don't think is worth it, you have to spend minimum 10 dollars which we did but the claws don't grab very well and they're in bad spots. The selection isn't amazing but the labubu prizes are pretty cool. The service was good but I spent 10 bucks and only won a keychain. Overall the place isn't horrible I would say if it was stocked more it would be decent but there are definitely better places

Magic Claw by Claw Joyland a sister company to Claw Joyland here they have a good amount of claw machines, clean, bright neon lights, cool with fun decor. The claw machines have cute and trendy plushies. They offer VIP Membership. Trade in items - one plush equals one token there's two different point system for regular and for VIP. Lin and Rasta were super nice they explained their rewards membership and how the trade in works. I was admiring one of the specific type of prizes they had on the shelves. It was the lovely handmade flowers in bouquet style or flower pot style. We ended up with eight plushies. I was able to trade four plushies for one flower pot that was awesome. We had lots of fun here on our date night.

Went here with my two kids. 5 and 2 years old. I'm not sure it's really for kids to play because the machines are adult machines, which makes sense. But they had fun overall watching the machine and pressing the button. It is $10 for 10 tokens, so about $1 a try. A little expensive and my kids blew through the tokens really fast! We were probably only there for 10-15 minutes. We did manage to win a Mario though, which was an epic moment and fun. Unfortunately for us, a family came in just before us and took all the good toys. Thus, when we went to the machines, all the toys were under each other and in pretty difficult positions for us to win. If there were more toys placed on the top where the claw could grab things, then I would've probably bought more tokens. Plus, we grabbed a dinosaur twice and the claw released it at the last moment. And a Kirby was also fully grabbed and was also released at the last moment. Thus, I now believe people who say that claws are like slot machines! Even if you manage to grab them and have the skill to place things correctly, the claw decides whether to keep a hold of it or not. The pressure releases randomly I suppose. I had asked the person for tips at the front desk and he said there isn't really any tips, just put the claw in the center. ‍ we will keep trying other claw places too...to see if they are different, but this was our first try and it was ok. Nothing amazing and nothing really horrible. It's like gambling for kids. Haha.

78 plays - 12 wins Ambiance, it's a cute place! Not huge but the variety of toys I liked. The staff was so nice and reset for us a few times when the toy we wanted was wedged underneath. I really liked the variety of trade up toys. There were pencils, hats, bags, thermoses and anime figurines. The claws themselves were pretty good. I'd go back :)

So vibrant inside and cute! They have a photo opp area and a nice bench to sit on if needed. They had different characters and change them from time to time. We opted for 68 tokens for $50 package. They had characters such as Sanrio, anime, etc. Service quick and easy. We have been to other claw machines businesses, but unfortunately will not be back here since we only walked out with two small plushies for how much we spent. In addition, other people that were inside with us were not holding as much plushies either, if anything at all. read more

I came here on Valentine's Day, their so friendly as soon as you walk in the door it's such a cute atmosphere in here it's a great place to go on a date or have fun with the family my kids enjoyed it here :) their is a fee if you pay with card but you can keep the plushies you win or you can trade them for one of their great prizes they offer they have all kinds of prizes we ended up walking away with a few prizes and a whole lot of plushies lol it's close by to were I live (idk if that's a good or bad thing haha just kidding) ^_* but I'll definitely be back lol go and check them out ! read more

This claw machine place was nice. It had a bunch of different machines to choose from and winning some prizes wasn't too difficult. I thought the lay out of this arcade was nice and they had some nice decorations. There were many different choices for prizes that you could trade up for. I do have to point out that the prices aren't too bad but it's a bit of the shame that the prices doesn't already include sales tax and they charge you for using a credit/debit card. So my $100 for 138 tokens came out to $111. This place also doesn't have as much traffic at the time I came by so if you prefer a quieter place this is a nice spot. read more

10/10 amazing experience here it's just like in Japan! They'll even help you by moving the toys closer or in a better position if you ask, which is customary in Japan as well. $1 per play is a bit steep but the plushies are high quality. Found this spot on Yelp and came with my girlfriend and her cousin. This was my first claw machine spot in Las Vegas. We picked this spot because it opened late until 11pm. Rules: It's a token per game. You push the button once to close the claw at the end. These machines are challenging because there's only 1 rubber on the tip of the claw and they don't grip well. It often took us more than 5 tries to get one small plushie. You can trade in your small plushies to get larger prizes. You can trade 2, 7, 10, 13, or 16 small plushies. You can also trade your small plushy within the same machine if you want a different one. They encourage you to bring cash unless you want to pay 3% of the transaction fee. Annoyed at this fee. Brought down one star. We managed to obtain 20 plushies with the $100 a 138 token special. We traded 13 plushies for a super soft and fluffy goose. The employee also did mention that we can get a credit (amount of plushies) we turn in and come back to trade in for a different large prize if we don't like the current selection . Located at a small corner in a large lot. They are in Chinatown last Vegas. Fun place if you want to hang out with friends. Hours: 11am-10pm from Mon to Thur and 11am-11pm from Fri to Sun as of 8/2024. read more

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon from outta state. Hubby was at the Palms (nearby), so I had to entertain the kiddo! What a hidden gem!! So clean, not crowded when we were there! We were greeted so politely, and they left us alone to play. The selections of toys were cute too! We only spent $10 worth of tokens, and were able to claw out 3 stuffies. Kiddo was happy! My sister and I came in after driving past and were so excited! It was so clean and the owners were very friendly! We got our coins and tried our luck! We won 3 stuffed animals and probably could've stayed there all night trying to win more! It's so fun and just makes you happy !! Can't wait to go back! Went tonight for my and my daughter's birthday. Spent $40 which gave us 47 tokens. Only managed to win 5 plush and one keychain. We were getting items but they all dropped immediately. My daughter wanted to trade for an item that was 6 point and we weren't allowed to trade as they all had to be plush. They offered no help with games until other claw machine stores. At the register a sign says ALL games are one token. Several were higher, as much as 5. They offered no return when we tried a higher machine thinking it was 1 token. Total letdown. Waste of money read more

My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. In the back, they had computer/gaming chairs with monitors/computers set up and people gaming. They had plenty of restrooms available on both floors, too. Honestly one of the better kid friendly venues on the Strip. I'd definitely come back to enjoy some gaming time here.

We went here yesterday to give it a try. Prepare to pay 3% transaction fees and taxes if you are planning to use debit/credit card on buying tokens. So bring cash if you want to save the charges. The place is clean and with good ambiance. What we've noticed was their claw machines is kinda tight to win. The machine claws weaken after grabbing the toy. It shakes and claw opens up that makes the toy drop. That should not be the case if the machines are not rigged. The staff here also don't constantly replenish toys in the machines unlike the other place where we always go to. They need to improve their claw machines in order to attract more customers.
