My daughter went to this woman's in home salon to take her hair from black to platinum blonde…read more Typically this is a process that is done over a span of weeks to months to protect the hair. The salon owner did the entire process in one day. I knew that was bad news. My daughter told her that she did not want a haircut but I the owner insisted on cutting her hair. She completely butchered her bangs and took them up way way too far. My daughter's bangs are orange and look like a toddler cut them. My daughter's hair is falling out all over her head and there are huge chunks missing. My daughter has been crying since her visit to the salon about her hair. She was nice to the lady because she was afraid to say anything while she was there. She doesn't do well with confrontation so she came to me. I confronted the woman and told her that there was some serious damage and I would like my daughter to be refunded. She apologized profusely and promised a refund and then completely quit communication and she will not answer her phone or texts. So now we are left with taking her to small claims court. She charged $630 and my daughter's hair still is not the color she requested, her hair is butchered and falling out. We later discovered that the only reason the owner insisted on cutting her hair is so that she could try to mask some of the damage that was done. The owner continued to say that she would like to do a treatment on my daughter's hair to help with the damage but my daughter is afraid to go back and I don't blame her. Besides, there is absolutely nothing she can do to stop this hair loss or reverse it. My daughter went back once for a wash and her hair was so matted and thick she couldn't take a brush through it. I have had to fix so much damage and build up because of the salon. The products alone have cost me over $200. This woman claims to stand by her work and she claims to care but she will not do anything when it comes right down to it. Still no answers and no refund!

I went in on my way home to make an appointment for an all over color from a light brown to a…read moreblonde. I was told the receptionist was out so she couldn't book me but mentioned they had plenty of spots open the following day. I asked for a price quote and she said she had no idea. She was a little rude about it. The receptionist called later and said since I wanted to go from a dark brown (my hair is barely brown) to a blonde the best they could do in 3 weeks was a brassy blonde. And she couldn't get me in for 1 of 2 appointments for over a week. She didn't even ask to schedule. Said she couldn't even quote an estimate since she never saw me. She said to call back later if I was interested and was almost rude about it. Not impressed with the unprofessional manner I was treated with. I didn't book because it seemed like they didn't even want new customers. I thought I was on the phone to book?

Came here to get extensions done for my birthday. I had messaged them through Instagram to get a…read morequote and tell them what I wanted ($250 and I wanted and ombré) day of my appointment I show up the lady there told me they were not able to do the ombré did not give an explanation on why just said it couldn't be done so I just went for a full black extensions she asked how much o had been quotes I told her $250 the process was 2 hours long and the whole time I was never showed how it was coming out at the end I wanted to touch the hair and I was told not to touch since she would be taking a picture. I was ok with that but again I was not shown the result of the extensions. So I paid and left keep in mind this was my first time getting these types of extensions so I had no clue how much hair was needed or how it was supposed to look so I get home start to feel the hair and notice it is a small amount of hair my natural hair is about and inch above my chin so I text them again letting them know the hair amount is not enough for the length of hair I have (see pics) they respond and say I need 2 to 3 extra bundles of hair and the "promotion" (never told there was a promotion) only covered that amount of hair that was put on. What confuses me the most is as a business owner or employee knowing that I needed extra hair why in the world was I not told or why wasn't I offered to buy more hair (make some more money) you hear of people over selling but this person didn't even try to sale me more hair when I needed it. Their instagram is very deceiving the extensions done on other people with shorter hair than mine came out great but mine was a total disaster wasted my time and money. I DO NOT recommend coming here
