so I went there got the cat the very first day and within five days to my nose were cracked and three of them all the way I went back and they said they were going to fix them. They started doing my nails and then they said they had to do somebody else and made me wait again and I don't have the go back. It was the worst service. I'm never going back there. read more

Very friendly, gentle staff & busy salon, but for $38 French manicure, I expected (as @ other salons) more than just my nails done. No soak, no moisturizer & massage, just sub-par gel-nails. Uneven trim, varied shapes & thicknesses, one has a deep vertical ridge, a cuticle was cut, polish was not removed from behind my nails & therefore my skin & nails sealed together (I had to dig it out once home) & it was ended w/ oil swabbed on each nail, not massaged in, but simply "you're done" as it oozed all over my billfold, feeling whisked away to pay. read more

I came here two weeks ago and got a full set that came to 35 dollars. I came in today to get a fill in. I picked my polish sat at the chair they told me to and while taking my polish off she said it would be 35 dollars for my fill. I asked why? She said it was because my nails were long. I have medium-short nails on. I told her I get the same length every time I come here my nails are not long and I've never paid 35 for a fill. She then said it was because she was using the SNS healthy nail powder instead of acrylic which is not what I asked for. I told her I wanted acrylic and she told me no. So I told her I was not paying 35 for a fill after I just paid that same amount for a full set of nails. This is ridiculous. I will never return here! read more

I pass by Quincy, Illinois couple times a year for my business & to visit. This town for me is very small & not a lot of choices. I come here to get my mani & Pedi done. I have to tell you it's the best thing in this town. Very relaxing & everyone is highly trained. Definitely recommend & will always stop by when I'm in Quincy. They are probably one of the busiest tenant in the whole Mall I've looked. Come see for yourself & experience it & you will not be disappointed. read more

I'm new to the Quincy area and was hoping to find my new go-to spot for nails. This place was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I left with my nails uneven, and peeling. I asked for a matte color and even picked a color slab that had no shine to it. Left with very shiny nails. They soaked my hands in a very harsh nail polish remover that left my hands terribly dry and cracking. They did not rub lotion on my hands at the end of my manicure. Pedicure was horrible. Had to have water changed out 4 times to get it hot enough. I was rubbed down with more paper towel than I've ever seen in my life. No base coat used on my toes. No massage given unless you qualify the paper towels as my massage. What happened to good pedicures?!?!? read more

They got us in quickly & did a good job in the pedicure. We got Premium pedicures which is $40. Here's why I didn't rate them well-they didn't use base coat before the polish! Since we were paying for the premium pedicure, you would think they could use base coat. read more

I went to the mall to get a shellac mani. They said ok. They never told me they didn't have shellac. Then they had me soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone! Who does that anymore? Then the guy scraped some of the polish off and used the dremel to take the rest off. Please understand, I have naturally thick nails that do not bend even if there isn't polish on them. I didn't say anything, as he is the "expert". Then when it came time for my polish, the shellac, he comes at me with these jars of powder. What the hell? I've never seen that before. So as I'm sitting there letting him paint clear polish on, then dip them in powder, I look over at the girl beside me who is getting acrylics done. I had never had that done because I never needed to. Anyway, they are doing the same paint and powder dipping that they did on mine! It occurred to me that maybe this was the gel that is so much like shellac. Nope, gel is gel you paint on. So basically they put acrylic on my nails. The kicker is this...I'm a nurse at a hospital. You cannot have acrylics on your nails because it harbors bacteria!! So then I had to take it off before I went to work. If you think shellac is hard to get off, try to get this crap off without a dremel! I understand why they use it, but they have no idea how much they are gouging into your nail! My thumb nail is so thin in the middle that it collapses if anything presses against it. And that is with a few coats of Opi Nail Envy on. I'll never go back. They also don't use new files, etc, like other salons do. Hands down the worst mani ever, and still waiting for the gouges to grow out 3 mos later! read more

Went here for the first time and they had horrible service. Staff was very unfriendly and when you asked them for a request like to round your nails they would say no. The guy that did my nails didn't talk at all and would point when he wanted me to do something. They didn't put lotion on your hands after using a harsh nail polish remover. Wasn't gentle at all with your hands. I don't recommend going here at all. read more

honestly the worst manicure i've ever gotten.. left the salon with several nails bleeding definitely will not be back.

I'm giving one star just because I can't give zero. My friend got acrylics and they we $50, she got 2 design nails as did I. The only difference in our experience was I was just getting my nails filled, but our prices were both $50. They said that $50 was a "special deal" just for me.
