I used a damp wash cloth to soften the stain and proceeded to vacuum until a man came out of the store in a rage screaming at me like I was a 7 year old kid. He yelled at me l asking me if I knew the vacuums cost 10,000 dollars and told me that a wet/damp floor would ruin them. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I have PTSD from an incident that happened as a child and avoid loud noises at all costs, never would I have thought I would be yelled at by an employee while minding my business and cleaning my car. Once I got into my car I was shaking and crying because of how he handled the situation and raised his voice at me. I am an educated woman completing a degree at Ohio University, simply telling me to stop what I was doing would do the trick. I can't believe the disrespect I experienced at this facility today. I would not do business with them or bring kids near the facility if you want to keep your children out of a business with such toxic masculinity and aggression.

My schedule is extremely hectic so I did not know when I was going to have time to do get this done. I messaged a few detailing places and received a response from Selena. She was so pleasant. I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. We've polished out long scratches down the side of our cars left by your spinning metal cored brushes, rubbed out white residue and mineral water spots left everywhere from the poorly filtered water and seen prices go up and service go down. Management is frequently unable to help even upgrade your wash if you are dissatisfied with the poor wash provided by broken non functioning carwash parts. Save yourself frustration, paint damage and wasted time. Don't trust Mr Magic with your cars finish.
