The team that arrived was polite and professional, and they worked for about 2.5 hours. While the garage did look somewhat better when they finished, it fell well short of what I had described and what I expected for that price.  The organization was minimal, items were not arranged in a neat or cohesive way, and overall it did not reflect the level of detail I was led to believe I would receive. I reached out afterward requesting a partial refund of $150 to reflect the gap between what was promised and what was delivered, but I have not received a response. I would recommend that anyone considering this company get a very detailed, written scope of work upfront--including exactly what will be done and how long they plan to work--so expectations are clear on both sides.
