I don't understand why there is only bad reviews for this establishment, the only thing I can really complain about is the wait . On MOST of my appointments I wait almost a good 30 min if not more just to get seen . But other than that no issue . The staff has been great to me never rude beside one girl didn't get her name but other than that great place! read more

I sweat like a pig in the waiting room, no A/C in June at a medical facility? I had to go sit in my car with A/C on to fill out my booklet of paperwork. There were ants crawling on the counter and the walls. The restroom I used to give a urine sample had a sink that looked like there had been mud in it or brown soap scum? It felt so un-sanitary. I then was given a vaginal ultra sound with a machine that looked like it was from the 70's, and my first ultra sound photo said April, 1997 on it!? I was emotional and the staff didn't have that comforting quality that I think they should for this line of work. If you want a woman's clinic that feels clean and sanitary and has air conditioning, I would not come here! read more

This is the worst experience we have encountered for a doctors office. The front office staff have very little experience. They only charge cash, and they will turn you away if don't give them cash, no credit cards, or checks. It feels like we just went more then 30 years back in time. The facilities look life they only cater mostly to maybe welfare recipients I mentioned that they should try to update there process to except credit cards or even ATMs Even if they need to have surcharge. We love Doctor Song, but the office, and staff And even there office managers have very Poor follow up. I really wish we would have learned all this before going to this organization. I hate having to right this review. We usually don't write negative reviews, but this must be said. This organization is really the worst we have ever encountered. So much improvement is needed. Very much below industry standards. It is my hope that this type of information does not fall on deaf ears. In closing maybe they have no interest in caring and serving the average public. Worst OB office ever they lie and don't communicate my OB doctor that I actually did like they never communicated to me was no longer with them and after seeing a nurse practitioner the last 4 visits I asked about her because the last 3 visits I was suppose to see her and I didn't and they kept telling me different stories til I had to call upper management to find out she was no longer with them and they tried to sneak and give me the OB I said I didn't want from day 1 without telling me which is why at 25 weeks pregnant I'm switching offices ! And if ik she was gone I would've been switched OB offices...and now they trying to give me a hard time about switching and I had to get my insurance and primary care doctor involved and now they trying to make it hard on me but I will be a signing the records release form at this new ob office tmw so they have to send my records to my new ob office and I can continue my prenatal care...They are very unprofessional and rude !!! Let's not forget you call they put you on hold and forget about you than you call back and the phone is busy!!! Dr El Mokadom was the doctor they were trying to give me without telling me and I don't like him because he has no respect and sympathy for his pts and is flat out rude !!! Hello I would like to make everyone aware of what a horrible experience I had at Magnolia Womens Center in Riverside. I was about 5 weeks prego when I scheduled an appointment with Dr.Ok S. Kim, M.D., T.A.C.O.G. After a rushed consultation with the nurse while her back was facing me, no eye contact, no care or concern to my answers about family history and past cervical cancer (my first visit to this dr, btw) she puts me into a room and tells me to get undressed. Dr. Kim enters the room 30 min later. When I asked him what tips he had for me to get through my 10 hour work day with ruthless morning sickness (vomiting up to 8 times/day) he said something I NEVER thought I would hear come out of a doctors mouth. I quote: "American women use pregnancy as an excuse for disability" I stated that I was not looking for a doctors note to get out of work, and he says this "American women don't respect doctors" Enough Said. Please pass info on to your friends and family- I would Hate for another women to go through this. read more

Unfortunately, you can't give less then a one star. I cannot stress enough- do not to go to a health facility that refuses to answer questions about your body or the facility. I called with questions and asked to speak with the office manager Irene. I had to call back 5 times because Irene's assistant refused to let me speak to Irene, claiming she was too busy to speak. The reason I had to call 5 times is because she literally hung up on me before I could finish speaking and asking questions. I asked if I could leave a message and my phone number and Irene's assistant said, "ya sure" and hung up on me. She was rude and unprofessional. She also refused me an appointment. Clearly, Irene and her assistant are incompetent in running the clinics if they are too busy to answer questions and hang up on potential patients. I never even could make it in because I can't respect a place that is being run by such rude, unprofessional incompetence. Lastly, I would like to add that other reviews posted aren't great. This place all around seems like a slum for health care. Clearly, no one there is doing there job correctly considering riverside has high teen pregnancy rates and high STI rates. If this place were more professional maybe this wouldn't be such a problem in riverside county!! Very upsetting! read more

I am fairly new to California and I needed to find a place for my women's exam. Clearly, I did not do enough research when I decided to book an appointment at this establishment... They don't even deserve the 1 star. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a doctor's office in my entire life. Let me start from the beginning. I called at least 4-5 times before I could even get someone on the phone and that was over the span of a few days (not during their lunch hour). This should have been the first red flag. I found the employee on the phone to be unfriendly and not very knowledgeable. As soon as a pulled into the parking lot I was very skeptical. The location seems to be very rundown and the surrounding properties had a bunch of junk and old cars parked. I thought about just leaving right then and there, but it took so long for me to get an appointment and I had to take time off work to make it happen. Regrettably, I went inside. I signed in and got paperwork to fill out (you would think they would give you the option to fill this out prior to the visit). It seemed very old school. I filled out the paperwork and waited at least 30-45 minutes past my appointment time until was called to the back. I went to a room to have the assistant take down my weight, blood pressure, etc. she then began to ask me why I was there and didn't seem to know anything about my prior history. I went out of my way to fax over my health records ahead of time to them and they didn't seem to have them. I then went back to have my exam with the doctor. That went okay, aside from my feeling very uncomfortable. I then left to go sign out and I noticed I had only been prescribed 1 month of birth control and I was concerned because that's the main reason I went in. I didn't want to have try get someone on the phone again to see about getting a refill. The front office staff said they only prescribe 1 month worth to make sure everything is good with my reaction to the medicine. I told them that I've been taking this specific birth control for years with no problem and they didn't seem to care. They said 'that's the rules'. I left frustrated and took the prescription to get filled. It would have been nice if they could have just called it in. Anyway, I recently called them to get my records so I can give them to my new provider. They girl on the phone seemed very inexperienced. She said I would have to have my provider fax over my request and there was no other way to go about it. I then asked if I could get MY medical records sent to me and she said I would have to pay for them (I think she said $35) and that it would take 72 hours. I just think that is ridiculous. They are MY medical records. And why does it take 72 hrs? It is 2017. Get it together. I am beyond frustrated with this place and will never step foot in their door ever again. My new place is amazing so if you are reading this then I suggest you go to Care for Women's Medical Group. The one I go to is in Eastvale, but they have several locations. They also have an online portal where you can access your medical records. And they send you your medical history paperwork to fill out prior to your visit. I've never written a review this long before, but I truly hope it helps other people from not going to this place. Or maybe it will help this Women's Center realize they need to make some serious improvements. read more

Horrible place. Girls at front desk are rude, give attitude for no reason, very unprofessional and they seem like they don't know what they're doing. Takes forever to finally get an appointment, waiting room time is ridiculous especially when half the time there's no other people there. I also was told that one of the girls that worked, I didn't get her name but when I do I'll be sure to include it but she was sharing my medical information with her friends as I found out later on. I believe there's supposed to be some type of confidentiality between doctors and their patients. I'd be surprised if it's not illegal for staff to share any patients medical record outside of work or besides with the patient. Will be calling corporate and in hopes to get this girl fired and makes sure no one else goes through this as it is YOUR own personal information regardless of what it is, it's not to be shared with anyone. NO KIDS WELCOMED!! Obgyn NOT caring about his patients and terribly rude assh*le! Seems only concerned with $! I WILL NOT RETURN & DON'T RECOMMEND anyone especially with kids to this office! I'm very disappointed in service here today. I waited to receive new patient paperwork for 15 minutes (even though there was someone behind the desk), first of all. She whispered to her co worker to help me after one walked in- sad, she couldn't be more productive, only sitting behind her desk! Walking in, I was not acknowledge at all! It's okay; I can deal with that. I brought my daughter along with my mom and little brother. The kids were cranky and little to loud for the staff apparently. After filling out new patient paperwork, the obgyn (Asian man- beware of this Turd) literally told us to take the kids home or not come back! Disappointed in his professionalism (especially as an obgyn). ZERO STARS. As a local, I rather drive a hour away to Dr. Tang in West Covina, whom has over 21+ years in experience and is staff is the best! read more
