Erica, in particular, went above and beyond to help me out--she packaged everything expertly (a feat for some of the more delicate collectibles!), gave me honest advice about the price of shipping different groups of items to different locations, and kept everything organized as we figured out the best path forward. When it was time to ship the various batches, she checked in consistently, helped me troubleshoot some day-of issues, and made sure to get the correct payment info for different shipments. Everything arrived on time and in tact, at a reasonable price! More than that, Erica and everyone else at this location were incredibly kind and patient as they helped me figure out a very complicated project. It's not easy to deal with the things a loved one leaves behind, and I don't think I could have managed with out the compassion and expertise of these wonderful folks.
