I was really disappointed with a recent service call. They were able to come out and see my broken garage door on short notice and I was really grateful, but the man who came was reall unkind to me and chastised me for not knowing what the problem was and for "wasting his time". One of the eye sensors had been bumped off of the side of the garage rails causing the door to jam and not go down automatically anymore. The service man was very angry with me for not knowing to check that problem before calling him and said I should have known to check that myself. He was very rude and treated me like I was really stupid. I am not a garage door expert and I didn't know this was something to check. I really didn't appreciate this kind of treatment. Maybe next time the service call person will be more considerate of the way they treat their clients who are in a jam. read more

Last night the spring on our Garage door broke. 5 years ago when we had to have this spring replaced it took 5 or 6 days of waiting to get a company to come out and help us. I left an email asking for a quote for service last night at 10 pm and giving the spring numbers from the broken spring. This morning at 7:30 am Sharlene had a quote to me and had a technician available to come and do the job this morning. By 11:15 this morning the two technicians had arrived and completed the job at the quoted price and my headaches were gone. Having a broken spring can be a big headache and being a few days without the garage door is a big inconvenience. I'm very thankful that Magnum garage doors was able to squeeze us into their schedule today and resolve the issue in less than 24 hours . I would recommend Magnum to anyone needing their garage door serviced. Thank you! read more

We just got our new insulated garage door installed and we love it. Our old steel door was not insulated so the rooms above were cold. What a difference this door will make for warmth in the rooms now during the cold season. Also, savings on the heat bill. We are so thrilled with the way it turned out. The weather stripping on the bottom and the trims with stripping on the other 3 sides finishes it off perfectly. The inside of the garage looks bigger and cleaner since the door is covered on the inside as well. No more looking at ugly hollow steel. It is very quiet too. We love our new door. The house has a whole new look now. We added satin glass to the top which brings in so much light without anyone being able to look in. Getting a quote, ordering and installation was fast. We went to the showroom to look at the doors, hardware and colors which gave us a visual. We highly recommend Magnum Door for their service, quality and pricing.
