Not a happy customer, bad experience from the beginning with Magnus Title, from the lack of communication, to customer service received and professionalism. I was told by staff that a courtesy deed would be completed, since I was paying for their service, I trusted that it would be completed, after almost two months, with no response, I called your office Thursday November 2, 2023, then on November 6, 2023, told they would no longer be able to complete the courtesy deed and for me to go pay to have it completed elsewhere.
After closing at the end of August 2023, never received the original deed that was supposed to be recorded and was paid for. read more
