We visited on Friday, for lunch, with a party of two and it was a very nice experience. We arrived and sat ourselves in a booth on the dining side. They have a dining side and a bar side. The waiter stopped by and took our orders. Their margaritas are tall and strong. We started with Wings and Southwestern Egg Rolls. Both were fresh and served piping hot. From there we went with a French Dip and a BLT. Both were well prepared and tasty. The service was excellent. The waiter stopped by often and was nice enough to box up our leftovers. A friend and I decided to try Magoo's for the 1st time today. Arrived around 5am. There were about 3 vehicles in the parking lot. So we figured it will be a chill spot for a couple beers. My friend push the doorbell, we waited. My friend could see a patron playing one of the machines so it was obviously open. No response. He pushed the doorbell again. We waited . Again, no response. Very disappointed as I am a local and was willing to give this spot a chance. read more

So the music was good. Food was good the service was too great. My ice tea stayed full. Bartender served me my ice tea with no lemon and that's how I ordered it. Well I will not be recommending this place to any of my passengers or I will not be coming back as a customer myself! It wasn't crowded, everyone was smiling and relaxed and it was overall the best bar experience. I don't like crazy or loud, so this was the perfect place to be. This was my 2nd time here in 8 years. Doug, the cook, the host and server was awesome! He has that kind of easy going personality, makes you feel like you've known him forever! I ordered a the pastrami on rye, it was the best! He hand carves it himself, thick slices, cooked perfect with a bit of charred crunch on the edges and buttery, grilled toasted to perfection! Hubby enjoyed his mushroom, bacon cheeseburger as well! Oh and the fries!!!! Crispy, crunchy!!!! Don't even need ketchup or ranch with them!!!! One of the local watering holes near my new home here. We stop in from time to time. Heck yes. This place hit the spot for my hangover Sunday breakfast. All I needed was the skillet of eggs and potatoes to do me right. But then I got ambushed by the Super Coffee. While I didn't partake in the coffee nor the Bloody Mary's that everybody else seemed to love, I just needed some straight black coffee. I wish I could leave no stars for this place. My bicycle club and I made this our meeting spot for our monthly ride. We bought drinks and food, and apparently the female bartender had an issue with us from the moment we walked in. We were shushed by her, because a bar as CLASSY as this shouldn't have any noisy paying fucking customers. We were also told our cars may be towed if we left them in the parking lot. We proceeded to move all of our vehicles off property. One particular dickhead customer even told us falsely that the police had been called. Lady, why on earth would you turn away 35 people in favor of your precious 5 regulars? I've never seen or heard of something more rude and ridiculous in Vegas. Fuck this place, their patrons and especially that female bartender. You just lost LOTS of future business as we will tell everyone we know not to waste money on the subpar service here. Bye bye Magoo's! Like so many other bars in the area, this one is on its' way out and you can tell by the following signs. Used to have Wifi but not anymore, very poor air conditioning that barely got cool (and the owner won't fix it) and machines where I could hardly get 3 of a kind no matter which machine I tried. It appears to me the place is being bled dry maybe in an attempt to save it but these old failed tactics never work. Magoo's must have done something at one time to make the masses stay away.
