I'm not a huge breakfast person, so I just enjoyed the toast but my dad said it was one of the best Irish breakfast he's ever had. The farmhouse has been built up over the centuries, and the owners Niall and Gillian Ennis manage the entire operation. Niall's skills in the kitchen are superb, I would highly recommend a dinner date or a simple stay-cation here. Ireland's beautiful green is due to the misty, rainy weather, so do take care and watch your step on external stairs or paths that sometimes become slick and mossy. Our 2-bedroom suite was accessible from just outside the main building - it would be perfect for a small family. Don't leave without having a sip of the famous Irish Gin and tonic made with The Pig's Elbow gin and tonic, delicious!
