Low temperature cooking is new for me.The cool temperature of the first course made all the individual flavors stand out. I followed up with Le Canard, which came out as an architectural masterpiece. This was another dish with multiple flavors and multiple textures that tasted as good as it looked. Finishing with Poire, a marinated pear with chocolate shavings and chocolate ganache topped off the Prix Fixe meal. There were two levels of meals above this that looked just as incredible on the neighboring tables. The meal also started with a fun Amuse Bouche and ended with a trio of miniature desserts after coffee. If you enjoy a fabulous setting, architectural food, new tastes and flavors, then this is a place for you.
