Upon this information being relayed to me, I got no insight as to why this may have happened nor any instruction how to prevent this from recurring next tax season. Megha appeared uninterested in helping me navigate and understand this tax situation. The reason I paid for tax help is because this is not my area of expertise but it is hers. I should have left there feeling confident that despite having to pay, I had a clear understanding of what went wrong this tax season and how to ensure this would not repeat next year. I have tried multiple times to contact a manager to discuss this situation, and have had no response despite leaving my number twice with a message. I will not be returning to H&R Block in the future and will not be recommending their services to anyone.

I would have probably given up the whole self employed business long ago if not for Joe. I found Joe through some other colleagues in the Boston photography network years ago.
