I hadn't seen a dentist in years because I had kids to support and my dental coverage at work went pretty much out the window so by the time I called my old dentist he had retired. So I went looking and by a stroke of pure divine luck I found Dr. Pawlowski. I needed two teeth removed and four fillings. He did the work over four appointments over about three months. Each visit was $100 or so. Yeah, I know. I couldn't believe it either. He is doing God's work. People like Dr. Pawlowski restore my faith in humanity. When he dies he will probably become Saint Teresa's dentist.

My brother in law was recently informed that he needed to see a dentist. Whatever. If you read my reviews you know that I abhor dentistry. He was sent to this dentist per protocol as per house health regulations. All fine and good. My B-I-L had been on medicaid for two years. He was switched to MEDICARE effective January 1, 2016. He is well aware of this and keeps notes. OCD is part of his diagnosis. He visited the dentist twice. $300.00 worth of nothing. And the bill was submitted to MEDICAID. In March. Dentist cannot explain why they submitted payment request through Medicaid. I have not been paying for Medicaid since December of 2015. Now Medicaid wants $1300.00 for this/these procedures that have not really/maybe been done. Wow. Chose wisely. Not this place.

I then handed her my coverage card, only for her to continue to disrespect me. I was a patient of Dr. Cappellucci for years! This practice doesn't come close to his dental service. I feel like they were just out for money. First comment out of the dentist was you should get implants $30,000! Are you kidding me! This was never a conversation with Dr. Cappellucci. Beware of this place, unless you want to spend money. It has been over 2 weeks and i have never heard back from them. They were supposed to have the office manager look into my insurance and call me. Apparently because i questioned the crazy cost, i have been forgotten. It is okay, i am sure i can find someone else who is less money hungry. It is a shame, this was a great practice when Dr. Cappellucci owned it.

Everyone was kind, answered questions, they were considerate of my needs. I've only had x-rays so far but that went well. They used the neck covering which not all dentists do.
