The lack of attention to detail and pride in their work is unacceptable, especially for the price. They came out twice after I pointed out problems, yet none of the areas were addressed. The photos I've posted show just some of what I was left with: -dirt and grime still in the grout of tile floors -some of the floors don't even look like they've been swept (or mopped) -sink still looked kind of dirty -filthy light switches -cabinets still dirty on the outside These are details I expected to be covered with a move-in service, especially given the cost. I'm not entirely sure if they have a certain list of things they have to go by to clean but I felt like these were all basic, obvious tasks for a move-in clean, especially when the house is completely empty. I appreciate that they did come back after my first call, but the same issues were still there. For the price, I was hoping for a more thorough job.
