Ben wasn't happy that I wouldn't pay nearly half a thousand pounds to clean my new house. Stupidly I gave him the keys as I wouldn't be there, before he gave me the quote. We agreed on £275. When I met him at the house after it was cleaned he threw his toys out of the pram and wanted me to pay the original quote. He was rude and sarcastic showing me around the house. I checked after he left and they hadn't cleaned the house. It was still filthy but smelt nice as they had probably used zoflora on the floors. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
