WARNING -- My Experience With FG7 Cleaning LLC Tampa…read more I'm sharing my experience to help other landlords & property owners make an informed decision before hiring FG7 Cleaning LLC. I hired FG7 Cleaning LLC to perform a move-out cleaning at my rental property. Unfortunately, I was unable to personally inspect the property immediately after the cleaning was completed. I was sent photos of the finished job, & based on those photos, I believed the property had been properly cleaned & was ready for my tenant. 3 days later, my tenant moved in & contacted me about the condition of the property. She sent me photos showing that the home had not been cleaned to the standard I expected from a professional move-out cleaning. I will include those photos with this review so others can see the condition for themselves. EDIT* FG7 Cleaning LLC did offer to come back & make things right but their guaranteed time period was for only 48 hours & that time had passed since my tenant didn't move in till a day after that time. A $25 credit was offered but the offer wasnt agreeable to the condition the home was left in. FG7 had such a late response to my complaint & concerns, my tenant had already moved in & understandably, could not wait & chose to hire another company to properly clean the property. Additionally she did not want to deal with this same company. My biggest takeaway: Do not rely solely on the photos provided by the cleaners. Personally inspect the property before considering the job complete. Unfortunately I was already 500 miles away. I'm posting this review not to be unfair to the company, but to share my actual experience & warn other property owners & landlords who may be considering them for a move-out cleaning. Based on this experience, I would not use FG7 Cleaning LLC again for a move-out cleaning. Photos provided by my tenant are included below.

The guests who met RR's staff said they were kind and professional. Cons: 1. Price - I paid more than double with this company than with the companies before and after using RR. After given the initial price which was much more than expected, my price was bumped due to "the unit being more difficult to clean than anticipated." 2. Attitude. Rebecca was always very short, but I discounted it thinking she did a good job but lacked interpersonal skills. After receiving several complaints from various guests about things such as sandy rugs, dirty dishes and grease on the stove, I sent Rebecca a note simply informing her that another guest complained, but not at all pointing fingers (although, maybe I should have). Rebecca sent me a series of long and nasty emails telling me it was my fault that the guests complained because my unit "seemed as if a hoarder lived there." Might I add, this is a VRBO and by no means is ill taken care of. I have severe OCD, travel at 5 star hotels for a living and actually think this condo is quite luxurious. Rebecca was not ever professional or kind, and I should not have discounted that in the beginning. 3. Cleanliness. This cleaning service informed me that they would be checking light bulbs, remote controls, dishes that were put away, and basic electrical plumbing to make sure things were always in good shape for our guests. We had complaints about: sand on the rugs, expired light bulbs, grease on the stove, dirty dishes, and lint in the dryer. When I addressed this with RR, she would blame me - and I am around the world. Anyways, I have found another cleaning service that is equally responsive and does "deep cleans" for less than my "regular clean." I would recommend to keep looking if you are in the market for a rental cleaning company

They use their own products. I even paid extra to have them clean out the entire refrigerator. Worth every penny. The owner stopped by to inspect and discuss problematic areas with our bathroom tile. I asked for a pre-move in cleaning for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sq ft house. I was a bit concerned when only one cleaner showed up, but Maryori was all over it and made it look easy. She finished the job in under 4 hours and the house looked great. Their attention to detail was stellar and I was extremely happy with the result. I asked for a lot to be done and I feel like their pricing was very competitive and fair. Will definitely ask them to help with another project in the near future.
