Hands down one of the worst litigators out there! Not only was this woman absolutely ill mannered,…read morehostile and cut-throat, I found Shilepsky to be highly unprofessional. Without seeking details, inquiring to understand, she presumed she knew everything and that the client must be berated or be discounted. She knew everything without knowing anything. Shilepsky also came across as a highly corrupt and combative litigator who doesn't hesitate to charge but has zero patience in listening to the client or doing any litigation due diligence. I sought guidance from other litigators who at least took the time to understand the issue and raise valid counterpoints. This woman should not be practicing law. Absolutely the worst.

I came to Ms. Shilepsky seeking employment advice regarding a contract which was not honored. She…read morewas disorganized , shushed me throughout the conversation, and acted as if I had no legitimate issue with the employer. I was also charged 800 dollars for the consultation which left me utterly distressed since I could not get my point across. I subsequently found another lawyer who said she was absolutely not correct in her interpretation of the law. Do not go here. Shilepsky hypes herself and is extremely disorganized,. In my opinion even from my first consulation, did not have any interest in the case and still charged a hefty sum. Truly unprofessional in my opinion. I have never met a lawyer who acted like this, she seemed to be only interested in her fee. The kicker is after an hour long conversation she said she would only speak with me further for a 5000 dollar retainer.
